Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of the personal data Braver holds about you at any time. This includes data collected when you sign in with a social login provider such as Facebook, Google, or Apple (your name and email address).

How to request deletion

1. Email support@bebraver.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

2. Include the email address associated with your Braver account so we can locate your records.

3. We will confirm your request, verify your identity, and delete your personal data. We will notify you by email once the deletion is complete.

Removing Braver's access from your Facebook account

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Braver's access directly from Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Braver, and click Remove. This revokes our access to your Facebook profile information, but does not delete data already stored with Braver — use the email request above for full deletion.

Important note about medical records

Braver is a healthcare provider. Certain records, such as medical and billing records, are subject to legal retention requirements (including HIPAA and state medical record retention laws) and cannot be deleted before the retention period expires. When you request deletion, we will delete all personal data that we are not legally required to retain, and we will let you know which records, if any, must be kept and for how long.
